Sons of Horus - Justaerin WIP

This guy was hard to photograph with the camera on my phone but it's coming together pretty well I think. I'm really pleased with how the black/green/grey airbrushed 'black' has come out under the detail, the flat clear tones the lightest points down quite a bit too.

Thanks mate, need some gubbins on the bases for sure but that will have to wait until I get home, I work out of a truck in the bush for a few weeks at a time and it's pretty limited what I can bring with me and do in the hotel.

Mors Miles - The Death Knight - Legio Vulpa Maniple 13.

Next up, the Princeps Senoris of my favourite maniple style in the game, the Ferrox! Princeps Senoris Agdex is a lead from the front type homie. He has a flair for destruction and more often than not, his Assault Reaver Titan - Mors Miles isn't spared from copping it either. I play Mors Miles and it's matching counterpart Atro Messorum quite aggressively, often pushing the two up together then rotating the lead titan so they can share the damage taken before dishing it back out within the Melta half range. In the most recent event, Mors Miles was detonated in 2/5 games due to this play style but it created opportunities to take the objectives or for other Titans in the battlegroup to get the kill shots while also claiming quite a few engine kills of his own. Acastus Knight Porphyrion COMPLETED!!!!!

Acacstus Knight Porhpyrion, easily the biggest and most complex kit build and paint job I have ever done for a gaming miniature. I'm really happy with the result but the 60 hrs I spent on getting it finished kinda baked my noodle. I have no idea how the titan painters get through it! Hey Dudes, I don't think I ever chucked up a photo of this bad boy but getting and painting one of the new option heads was a good excuse to get some decent photographs. It's my favourite knight chassis but my least favourite head so I'm really glad they released some options. That's it for a while, we're up to date with what I've done now. I'm gonna set to making a gaming table and some terrain again and will continue to add some units to both the knight force and the Death Guard. <3 Jack
